Preeta was raised on the island of Kauaʻi, surrounded by nature. Her home served as a mecca for a vast array of spiritual workshops and a hub for shamanic growth across many traditions. Growing up in this environment—and as a natural empath—Preeta's sensitivity was nurtured by her surroundings. Over the years she's attended numerous soul-development and awakening seminars. She has studied Human Design for the past 18 years and offers individual, composite, couple, and family readings.
From 1999 to 2009, Preeta built her career as a singer-songwriter and musician in Los Angeles. A graduate of the Musicians Institute in Hollywood (Voice & Songwriting), she performed throughout LA and the West Coast with her bands. Her songs have been placed on TV shows and films—including NCIS, 90210, Warsaw Shore, Miss Arizona and Joan of Arcadia. She has released two full-length albums and more than forty singles and EPs spanning pop, singer-songwriter, and dance styles. Her latest project is an album entilted, 'I AM' that is a mantra-based album.
Preeta is also a graduate of the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork, where she trained in massage therapy, consciousness and understanding the body. She is also trained in craniosacral therapy and integrates this understanding of the body into her work with clients.
For the past 15 years, she's been honing her signature Vocal Empowerment sessions, helping clients step into their power by accessing their true, authentic voice. Drawing on her clairaudient and claircognizant gifts, Preeta developed a series of exercises and sound-toning techniques to reveal and release energetic, mental, emotional, and physical blocks—both personal and ancestral. By combining Human Design insights with principles of German New Medicine, she pinpoints the root of stored trauma and uses targeted toning to clear it, freeing up space for each person to embody their unique sound signature.
In addition to transformational voice work, Preeta specializes in songwriting and artist development. She guides fellow singer-songwriters in private coaching and in the recording studio, refining their craft and preparing them to share their music with the world. She is currently writing her book Vocal Empowerment and developing an online course slated for release in fall 2025.
